Customer Service Policy

Any and all claims that are requesting reprints, refunds, returns, and/ or for any reason must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving your order or your expected delivery date. No customer support will be provided, once you exceed this time limit.

Order Tracking

To track your order status online,visit our order tracking page or customer page if you placed an order with an account.

Our items are made to order and hand-assembled - most orders are delivered within 12-15 business days from the date of Shipment. 
Note: Due to COVID-19restrictions some orders are experiencing delays.

In most cases tracking details will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days.  In rare cases, you will receive tracking details in 8-10 business days of order placed. If you are unable to track your order status and it has been more than 14 business days since you have ordered, please reach out to us at support@tiaracle.com

Issues With Your Order

We cannot make any cancellations or address changes for any orders after your order has reached production.

If your artwork arrives not in perfect condition, please email us at support@tiaracle.com with photos of the item AND photos of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement, at no additional cost.

Sometimes, bumpy transits can cause minor imperfections such as looseness, indentations, and creases to your artwork.  The Canvas Care Guide can help address these issues so you don’t have to go through the hassle of an exchange and your artwork can be restored to the perfect condition in just minutes.

If you receive the wrong image or incorrect size, please let us know by emailing us at support@tiaracle.com, with pictures of the artwork you received.. We will process a replacement order as soon as we are notified.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of purchasing your artwork. There are NO restocking fees(except in some rare cases) but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned prints must be in new condition and packaged as they were shipped. Please email us at support@tiaracle.com with the order # to receive detailed instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.

*Framed Prints and Canvas Gallery Wraps – We do not accept returns or exchanges on framed prints and canvas gallery wraps because they are custom made to order.  If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email us at support@tiaracle.com so we can correct it for you.

Free return shipping is only eligible for products not on sale/discount.

The following sizes are not eligible for free return shipping:

Product height exceeding 40" inches in length.

Return labels may be issued for oversize prints shipped within the Contiguous United States. However, a $100 fee will apply for each return label issued for oversize prints and will be assessed to the refund after the return has been received.

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of the order placement. Once the order is processed, we will not be able to cancel it.

Your refund will be processed once your return has been received. Please note unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.

Reprint & Refund Policy

- If there is a manufacturing issue with your product in your order.

- If the product in your order is broken or damaged in the mail.

- If you receive the wrong product in your order.

- The order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address for the order doesn't need to be changed.

- The order is lost in transit and the actual shipping time exceeds the general shipping timeframe for orders.

- If you don't like the product printed accordingly to our manufacturer's standards.

- If you make any mistakes while placing your order.

- If you select the wrong size when ordering the product.

- The order is still within the specified maximum production and shipping times for the products.

- The order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address is incorrect and you need to change the address.

- The tracking for your order shows delivered but you have not received the package.

For any of above mentioned issues, Tiaracle will not refund/reprint or exchange the product ordered.

If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can still change the address for you. Changing order information will delay the shipment.

Free shipping only applies to orders shipped to USA, CA, AUS.

Tiaracle ships internationally!

Shipping prices may vary based on size and location.  You will be able to see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart, after you enter the shipping address, at checkout.  

We can only ship to physical addresses.

If it has been more than 7 days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper’s website or it has been more than 5 days since the last tracking update, please reach us at support@tiaracle.com for further assistance.

We always recommend checking around your property or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced.  If after checking in you were unable to recover your packages, please contact us at support@tiaracle.com 

Mostly orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. In some cases we use other courier companies depending on the location of customer.

Packages are considered lost in transit when the products in the order do not arrive at the shipping address provided within the maximum shipping/transit timeframes. A package is considered lost in transit if the shipping timeframe exceeds the maximum shipping/transit timeframe.

Product Details, Hanging & Care Guide

Nope! Our canvases are fabric, so dents aren't the end. To correct a dent, lay the piece face down on an ironing board or a towel on top of a table. Use a normal clothes iron on a low heat setting and iron the dent out from the backside. If that doesn't fix it, and you are within 45 days of your purchase, just let us know at support@tiaracle.com

We recommend using a soft cloth rather than a towel which may be too abrasive for the surface and resulting in scratching.  We also recommend using plastic cleaners (as an alternative to glass cleaners) which best preserve the clear coat finish on the plexiglass.

Over time, moisture that can be found in these areas can seep into the paper.  This can ultimately damage the print, as the paper print may show signs of warping or waving behind the plexiglass.

The colors you see on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but due to differences in the color calibration of monitors, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.

All of our artwork is made to order.  We do not carry an inventory of products.

Protecting your private data is our highest priority. We provide high-level protection through SSL, short for Secure Sockets Layer. This advanced cryptographic system is designed to encrypt private data so that it can be transmitted safely and securely over the Internet. SSL is the approved standard of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). Our security system also meets the rigorous security requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). As part of the order process, Tiaracle will ask for your name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number, and your credit/debit (or another payment type) information. This information will only be used for the purchase transaction and will never be given out to other businesses.
