Quality and materials

  • Do canvas prints look cheap? A bad one does, and the giveaway is the edge. Ours is a gallery wrap over a solid wooden inner frame.

A bad one does, and you can see it from the side. Cheap canvas stops at the front face and leaves a white border or a line of staples along the edge, and it is stretched over light softwood that can bow.

Ours is a gallery wrap. The image continues around the sides of a solid wooden inner frame, so the piece reads as finished from any angle and needs no frame around it. It is printed on museum quality canvas with archival inks after you order, rather than pulled from a pre made stack.

Checked Gallery wrap, mirrored sides Solid wooden inner frame Archival inks Printed to order

  • How long does canvas wall art last? We print with archival inks that resist fading. Direct sun and damp are what shorten any canvas, so it belongs on an indoor wall.

We print with archival inks that resist fading. The two things that shorten the life of any canvas print are hard direct sunlight and damp air, so an indoor wall out of full sun is where a canvas belongs.

We do not make a durability claim for bathrooms or for outdoor walls, and we would rather say that than sell you something for the wrong room.

Checked Archival inks, fade resistant Indoor use No bathroom or outdoor claim

  • What is a gallery wrapped canvas? The image wraps around the sides of the frame instead of stopping at the front. It arrives ready to hang and needs no frame.

The printed image wraps around the sides of the frame instead of stopping at the front face. On our pieces the sides carry a mirrored continuation of the artwork, so nothing is cut off and the edges are not left blank.

That is why a gallery wrap needs no frame around it. It arrives stretched, ready to hang, with the hanger already fitted.

Checked Mirrored sides, never blank No outer frame needed Ready to hang

  • Canvas, framed canvas, or framed print? All three on the horizontal range. Panoramic and vertical pieces are canvas only.

Plain canvas sits flush and quiet on the wall, with no glass and so no glare. Framed canvas adds a slim frame around the same gallery wrap. A framed print is paper set behind a white mat inside a frame, which suits a more formal wall.

All three are offered across the horizontal range. Panoramic and vertical pieces are canvas only, because a frame does not sit well on those shapes. The finish selector on each product page shows what that artwork actually offers.

Checked Horizontal: all three finishes Panoramic and vertical: canvas only

Size and hanging

  • What size do I need for my wall? Measure the space, then fill about two thirds to three quarters of it. Most pieces go too small, not too large.

Measure the wall space first, then plan to fill about two thirds to three quarters of its width. Over a sofa or a bed, match roughly two thirds of the furniture width. The common mistake is going too small, which leaves the piece floating.

Sizes run from 24 x 16 up to 82 x 42 inches on the horizontal range, and a panoramic single reaches 60 x 20. The size chart draws every layout at real scale so you can hold it against the wall.

    Checked Horizontal 24 x 16 to 82 x 42 in Panoramic single to 60 x 20 in

  • What are the panel layouts? They depend on the shape of the artwork. A horizontal piece offers five, a panoramic two, a vertical two.

The layouts available depend on the shape of the artwork.

    • Horizontal: 1 Piece, 3 Horizontal, 4 Pop, 5 Star, 5 Pop
    • Square: 4 Square, a two by two grid of four square panels
    • Panoramic: 1 Piece, 3 Piece
    • Vertical: 1 Vertical, 3 Vertical

Each one is drawn to scale on the size chart, which is the quickest way to see how two multi panel sets differ before you choose.

  • How do I hang a multi panel set? The panels are separate pieces, hung one at a time. They are not hinged. The hanger is already fitted.

The panels arrive as separate pieces and you hang them one at a time. They are not hinged or joined, which is what lets you set the spacing to suit your own wall.

Every panel ships with a sawtooth hanger already fitted, plus hanging instructions and white pins in the box. The spacing we suggest is printed in that guide, because it changes with the size of the set.

Ordering

  • How long will my order take? One to three weeks for a single panel, two to four for a multi panel set. Express speeds delivery only, never production.

A single panel piece runs about one to three weeks from order to door. A multi panel set runs about two to four weeks, because it is made at our overseas production facility. Those windows come from our own delivered orders, not from a carrier estimate.

One thing worth saying plainly, because it is not obvious at checkout: express shipping speeds the delivery leg only. It does not shorten production, because every piece is printed after you order. If you need it for a fixed date, tell us the date before you buy and we will say honestly whether it fits.

  • Can I put my own photo on a canvas? Yes, in the Custom Canvas Studio. What matters is pixels, not file size: aim for 100 per inch of finished canvas.

Yes. Upload it in the Custom Canvas Studio and choose your layout and size there.

What decides whether it prints sharply is pixels, not megabytes. Aim for at least 100 pixels for every inch of finished canvas, so a 24 x 16 wants roughly 2,400 x 1,600 and a 48 x 32 wants roughly 4,800 x 3,200. Send the original straight off the phone rather than a copy that has been through a messaging app, because those downscale the file without telling you.

Trust and returns

  • Who is Tiaracle, and where does my order ship from? A registered business in two places: Tiaracle LLC in Modesto, California, and Tiaracle Limited in England.

Tiaracle is a registered business in two places: Tiaracle LLC in Modesto, California, and Tiaracle Limited in England. Safeer founded it in October 2016 and it has sold canvas wall art since.

Where your order ships from depends on what you buy. A single panel piece ships from our US facility. A multi panel set is made at our overseas production facility, which is the reason it takes a little longer. You can reach a person on support@tiaracle.com or (276) 300-3776.

  • Why do the review scores differ? Two scores exist and both are real. They come from different sets of orders, and we link both rather than only the kinder one.

Because they measure different sets. The rating on this site comes from Judge.me and is collected from verified orders across the catalogue. Trustpilot holds a separate and much smaller set, gathered independently of us.

Both are real and we would rather point at both than at whichever one flatters us. Read the recent ones, on either, and judge us on those. If your own order goes wrong, the answer below is what happens next.

  • What if it arrives damaged or wrong? We replace it free and you keep the damaged piece. Nothing to send back, no fee, and we open the carrier claim ourselves.

Send us a photo and we replace it free. You keep the damaged piece, there is nothing to pack up or send back, and there is no fee of any kind.

If the parcel was mishandled in transit, opening the claim with the carrier is our job as the shipper, not yours. The same applies if the wrong image or size arrives, or if one panel of a set is missing.

When the fault is ours Free replacement Nothing to return No restocking fee We open the carrier claim

  • What if it does not suit the room? You have 30 days from delivery. Ask us first, because a swap usually costs you less than a return.

You have 30 days from delivery, not from the order date. Message us before you start a return, because a swap is almost always the better deal: keep the piece and pay only the difference toward a larger size, or take a credit against a different artwork.

If you would still rather send it back after changing your mind, a 50% restocking fee applies, because the piece was printed for you alone and cannot be sold to anyone else. That fee never applies when the fault is ours. Full terms are on the refund policy.
