Shipping policy

Everything here is printed after you order it. Tiaracle holds no stock. Your canvas is printed, stretched and packed once the order is placed, which is why delivery takes days rather than hours and why 27,000 designs can exist at all.

How long it takes

Two windows, because a single canvas and a multi panel set are made in two different places. Both are counted from the day you order, not from the day the parcel is picked up.

A single canvas: 8 to 15 days

5 to 10 days, made and packed. Printed, stretched over the solid wooden inner frame, checked and boxed. Nothing is made in advance, so this starts when you buy.
3 to 5 days, carried to you. A domestic journey with UPS, USPS or FedEx. This is the short leg, and it is short because the piece was made in your country.

A multi panel set: 10 to 21 days

3 to 7 days, made and packed. Faster to build than a single canvas, because the sets are made on a line set up for them. Each panel is checked and packed separately.
7 to 14 days, carried to you. The long leg, and the reason a set takes longer overall. We are working on bringing this production to the US and Europe.

The surprise in our own delivery records is that a multi panel set is quicker to make and slower to travel. The wait on a set is the journey, not the printing. Made to order is slower than a warehouse either way, and if you need something inside a week, buy from a store that holds stock.

Where your piece is made

Single canvases: Printed and shipped from your own region. An order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia is made in that country. One piece, one box, the shortest route to the door.
Multi panel sets: Printed and shipped from overseas. A set of three, four or five stretched panels built to hang as one arrangement is a different production job, made on a line set up for it. We are working on bringing this to the US and Europe.

What shipping costs

Express Tracked Shipping An optional upgrade on the carrier leg. It does not shorten production or processing, so it moves the last stage only.	Paid

Whatever you are charged is shown at checkout before payment. We ship worldwide; only the four countries above carry the service free.

Who carries it

UPS, USPS and FedEx carry almost everything inside the United States. Outside it we also use DHL eCommerce and the destination's national carrier, such as Canada Post. The carrier is chosen by destination and by the size of the piece, and it is named in your tracking email.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed within one to two business days of the handover. In rare cases it takes eight to ten business days to appear. If you have no tracking after fourteen business days, write to support@tiaracle.com with your order number.

Returns, in short

Thirty days from delivery, and return postage is free in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia on full price pieces under 40 inches tall.

Damaged or wrong. Replaced free. Send a photograph with your order number and you do not post anything back.
Changed your mind. Returnable inside thirty days, in new condition, with a 50% restocking fee.
Custom and personalized. Not returnable, because the piece is printed from your own image or text.
