Our Story
Tiaracle sells canvas wall art. Nothing else. Every piece is printed after the order is placed, on museum-quality canvas with archival inks, stretched over a solid wooden inner frame and delivered ready to hang.
The store started in October 2016 and has since shipped 11,120 orders to 58 countries and territories. This page explains where the work is printed, how long it takes and what we decided to stop selling, because those are the things worth knowing before you spend money with a store you have not used before.
How it started
In 2016 Safeer was reading about space and astronomy, and about how large the universe turns out to be. That interest is what the store was built on. The first plan was narrow: sell space and astronomy wall art, because it was a subject he understood and cared about rather than one a spreadsheet had picked.
Tiaracle started in Europe. The first subject that sold well there was not space at all, it was wolves, which people respond to as something mysterious and close to mythology rather than as wildlife photography. Space and astronomy followed, and from there the catalogue widened a subject at a time until it reached the 27,000 designs and 543 collections it holds now.
The United States came later and is now the largest market, ahead of Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Sweden and Norway.
Ten years on, the founding subject is still the commercial one: the nine best selling pieces in the store are all astronomy, led by Earth from Space, Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way.
The decision that shaped the store
For the first years the store sold rolled prints. The product pages said so plainly, in the title, the description and the options. People ordered them anyway, opened a tube, and were unhappy with what they found.
Adding framed prints and gallery wraps alongside them did not fix it. The rolled option kept being chosen and kept disappointing, because a print that still needs stretching or framing is not what most people picture when they buy wall art.
So we removed it. Tiaracle no longer sells rolled prints in any size or any subject. Every piece now ships as a gallery wrap, a framed print or a framed canvas, ready to hang out of the box. It cost us the cheapest thing on the site, and it is the single change that did most for what arrives at the door.
Where your piece is printed
There is no warehouse of finished art. Nothing exists until it is ordered, so the question is not where stock sits, it is which press the file goes to.
| Your order | Printed and shipped from |
|---|---|
| Single panel, United States | United States |
| Single panel, Canada | Canada |
| Single panel, United Kingdom | United Kingdom |
| Single panel, Australia | Australia |
| Multi panel sets, everywhere | Overseas |
Multi panel sets are the exception because they are a different production job: several stretched pieces built to hang as one arrangement, made on a line set up for it. That is why a 5 Star or 4 Pop set travels further than a single canvas does.
How long it takes
These windows come from our own delivery records rather than from a promise we would like to make, and the surprise in them is that a multi panel set is quicker to make and slower to travel. Shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Made to order is slower than a warehouse and we would rather say so than surprise you. It is also the reason 27,000 designs can exist at all: none of them has to be printed in advance and guessed at.
Straight answers
Yes. Tiaracle has traded since October 2016 and has shipped 11,120 orders to 58 countries and territories. Rather than ask you to take that on trust, here is what you can check.
Made to order also means we are not the right shop for a next-day gift. If you need something on a deadline inside a week, buy from a store that holds stock.
What you are buying
Gallery wrap, framed print and framed canvas. Every one arrives ready to hang.
Horizontal, panoramic and vertical. The shape of the artwork decides which layouts it can be built as.
The widest single canvas is a panoramic at 60 x 20 inches. The widest piece of any kind is an 82 x 42 inch five panel set.
Museum-quality canvas, archival inks that resist fading, stretched over a solid wooden inner frame.
| Artwork shape | Layouts offered | Sizes |
|---|---|---|
| Horizontal | 1 Piece, 3 Horizontal, 4 Pop, 5 Star, 5 Pop and on some pieces 4 Horizontal, 4 Square, 5 Horizontal |
24 x 16 to 82 x 42 |
| Panoramic | 1 Piece, 3 Piece | 36 x 12 to 73 x 24 |
| Vertical | 1 Vertical, 3 Vertical | 12 x 24 to 24 x 49 |
A multi panel set is not the same picture cut up and sold twice. It is how the wider sizes are reached: the widest single canvas in the horizontal range is 48 x 32 inches, and every width beyond that is a set.
From the founder
I started Tiaracle in October 2016 because I was reading about space and astronomy and wanted to put some of it on a wall. Selling art about something I actually understood seemed better than selling whatever was trending.
The hardest lesson was the rolled prints. We labelled them clearly and people were still unhappy when the tube arrived, and it took longer than it should have to accept that the fix was to stop selling them rather than to explain them better. Every piece has shipped ready to hang since.
The catalogue is much wider than astronomy now, but that is still where it came from. If something is wrong with your order, write to me at support@tiaracle.com.
Safeer
Founder, Tiaracle
Canvas wall art, and only that. Around 27,000 designs across 543 collections, offered as a gallery wrap, a framed print or a framed canvas, in horizontal, panoramic and vertical shapes and sizes from 12 x 24 up to 82 x 42 inches. Rolled prints and posters are not sold.
Single panel pieces are printed and shipped locally in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Multi panel sets are printed and shipped from overseas, because they are a different production job. Nothing is printed until an order is placed.
Eight to fifteen days for a single canvas, which is printed in your own region, and ten to twenty one days for a multi panel set, which is made overseas and spends longer in transit. Everything is made to order, so production starts after you buy. Shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

No. Rolled prints were sold in the early years and were removed because they kept disappointing people on arrival despite being labelled clearly. Every piece now ships stretched or framed and ready to hang.
Safeer, in October 2016. The store began as a space and astronomy art shop built around his own interest in the subject, started in Europe, and widened from there.
