Check your image will print well at the size you pick. Larger canvases hang further from the eye, so they need fewer pixels per inch than a small one. These are the smallest files we recommend for each size.

Upload the largest version you have. Pictures straight from a phone or camera hold far more detail than a screenshot or a copy saved from social media, which are compressed. A smaller file will still print, but fine detail softens.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A 50% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to a defect. You can request and manage a return yourself, and our team reviews and approves each one before it becomes eligible for a refund.
